🐝 BBKA Honey Show 2026: The Schedule Is Out! 🍯

Calling all beekeepers, from first-year hobbyists to seasoned hands: the honey show schedule is here, and the poster is ready to share!

Whether you’re proud of your golden runny honey, a set of glowing granulated jars, or a beautifully worked piece of wax, this is your chance to show off what your bees have been busy making all season.

📅 When: Saturday 17th of October 2026

📍 Where: Vandeleur Walled Gardens, Kilrush, Co. Clare

🍯 Classes include: [e.g. light honey, dark honey, granulated, wax, mead, etc.]

📝 Entries: Between 8.30am and 10.00am on the morning of the show.

Not sure how to prepare your entry? Ask a fellow member. We’re always happy to share tips on labelling, jar prep and what the judges look for. First-time entrants are very welcome!
