On Sunday 5th of June this bank holiday weekend 2016 at 2 pm we will be holding a Queen rearing workshop in Michael Curran’s Apiary, Clooney, Co. Clare. In attendance will be beekeeping equipment supplier Donegal Bees you can pre-order you equipment and collect from him in person.

Dates for the next Banner Beekeepers beginners course are Saturday 27 of February, 5 of March and 12 of March from 9:30am to 4:00pm
Which will be held at The Junction Youth & Community Building, Cloughleigh Rd, Ennis, Co. Clare. This course covers the basic beekeeping skills and equipment required when getting to know your bees.
The course, which costs €90 includes one year membership to Banner Beekeepers Association and twelve issues of An Beachaire (The Irish Beekeeper) magazine. There are numerous hands on workshops, open days, lectures and the Honey Show to look forward in the coming year. All are Welcome.
